Ingredients

  • 🐔 Chicken or Pork Cutlets – 2
  • 🍞 Panko Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 beaten
  • 🌾 Flour – ½ cup
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded for serving
  • 🍶 Katsu Sauce – for serving

Instructions

  • 🔪 Prepare cutlets: flatten and season with salt & pepper.
  • 🌾 Dredge in flour, then dip in beaten eggs 🥚, and coat with panko breadcrumbs 🍞.
  • 🔥 Fry in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 🔪 Slice katsu and serve with shredded cabbage 🥬 and katsu sauce 🍶.
  • 🍚 Serve with rice for a complete meal.
