Ingredients

  • 🌯 Roti – 4 pieces
  • 🐔 Chicken or Paneer – 250g, cubed
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, sliced
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, chopped (optional)
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
  • 🍶 Cooking oil – for frying
  • 🧂 Spices – to taste (cumin, coriander, garam masala)

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate chicken/paneer with spices and lemon juice for 15 mins.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and green chilies.
  • 🥘 Add marinated chicken/paneer and cook until done.
  • 🌯 Warm the rotis on a griddle.
  • ✨ Place the filling on the roti, garnish with cilantro, roll it up, and serve hot.
