Ingredients
- 🌯 Roti – 4 pieces
- 🐔 Chicken or Paneer – 250g, cubed
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, sliced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, chopped (optional)
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🍶 Cooking oil – for frying
- 🧂 Spices – to taste (cumin, coriander, garam masala)
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken/paneer with spices and lemon juice for 15 mins.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and green chilies.
- 🥘 Add marinated chicken/paneer and cook until done.
- 🌯 Warm the rotis on a griddle.
- ✨ Place the filling on the roti, garnish with cilantro, roll it up, and serve hot.
