Ingredients

  • 🌯 Roti – 2
  • 🥚 Egg – 1 (optional)
  • 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)
  • 🍗 Cooked Chicken or Paneer – as needed
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – to taste
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍳 If using egg, scramble it on a flat pan and set aside.
  • 🔥 Heat roti on a pan. If using egg, spread it over the roti.
  • 🍗 Place filling (chicken/paneer, onions, chilies) on the roti.
  • 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle cilantro.
  • 🌯 Roll tightly and serve hot with chutney or sauce.
