Ingredients
- 🌯 Roti – 2
- 🥚 Egg – 1 (optional)
- 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)
- 🍗 Cooked Chicken or Paneer – as needed
- 🍋 Lemon juice – to taste
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🍳 If using egg, scramble it on a flat pan and set aside.
- 🔥 Heat roti on a pan. If using egg, spread it over the roti.
- 🍗 Place filling (chicken/paneer, onions, chilies) on the roti.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle cilantro.
- 🌯 Roll tightly and serve hot with chutney or sauce.
