Ingredients
- 🌱 Jackfruit (Kathal) – boiled and mashed
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🍞 Breadcrumbs – for binding
- 🧂 Spices – as per taste
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix mashed jackfruit with onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander, and spices.
- 🍋 Add lemon juice and breadcrumbs. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
- 🖐️ Shape the mixture into small kebabs.
- 🔥 Heat oil on a pan. Shallow fry the kebabs until golden brown on both sides.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with mint chutney.
