Ingredients

  • 🌱 Jackfruit (Kathal) – boiled and mashed
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🍞 Breadcrumbs – for binding
  • 🧂 Spices – as per taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix mashed jackfruit with onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander, and spices.
  • 🍋 Add lemon juice and breadcrumbs. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
  • 🖐️ Shape the mixture into small kebabs.
  • 🔥 Heat oil on a pan. Shallow fry the kebabs until golden brown on both sides.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with mint chutney.
