Ingredients
- 🍠 Kand (Yam) – diced
- 🥔 Mool (Root Vegetables like potatoes) – diced
- 🍎 Phal (Fruits like apples) – chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🥄 Cooking oil
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add green chilies.
- 🍠 Add the kand and mool, sauté for a few minutes.
- 🍎 Add the phal (fruits) and cook until slightly softened.
- 🧂 Add spices like turmeric, cumin, and salt to taste.
