Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground meat (lamb or beef) – 500g
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Red bell pepper – 1, diced
- 🍅 Tomato paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – chopped, for garnish
- 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, paprika) – to taste
- 🥖 Pita bread – for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a large pan and sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- 🥩 Add ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- 🌶️ Stir in bell pepper, tomato paste, and spices. Cook for 5 minutes.
- 💧 Add a little water if needed and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 15 minutes.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with pita bread.
