- 🧀 Kalhadi cheese - grated
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare the kulcha dough and let it rest.
- 🔥 Sauté onions and chilies (if using) for the filling.
- 🧀 Mix the sautéed mixture with grated Kalhadi cheese.
- 🫓 Roll out the kulchas, stuff with the cheese mixture, and cook on a hot tawa or skillet.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with butter or chutney. ✨
