Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare the kulcha dough and let it rest.
  • 🔥 Sauté onions and chilies (if using) for the filling.
  • 🧀 Mix the sautéed mixture with grated Kalhadi cheese.
  • 🫓 Roll out the kulchas, stuff with the cheese mixture, and cook on a hot tawa or skillet.
