Ingredients
- ðĨĐ Ground meat â 500g
- ð§ Onion â finely chopped
- ðŦ Ginger-garlic paste â 2 tbsp
- ðŋ Green chilies â 2-3 finely chopped
- ð° Cashews â ground to a paste
- ðĨ Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) â 2 tbsp
- ð Lemon juice â 1 tbsp
- ðŠī Fresh coriander â chopped
Instructions
- ðĨĐ Marinate ground meat with onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, cashew paste, spices, and lemon juice.
- âģ Let the mixture rest for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- ðĒ Shape the marinated meat into small, cylindrical kebabs.
- âĻïļ Grill or pan-fry the kebabs until cooked through and browned on all sides.
- ðŋ Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
