Ingredients

  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • ðŸŠī Fresh coriander – chopped

Instructions

  • ðŸĨĐ Marinate ground meat with onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, cashew paste, spices, and lemon juice.
  • âģ Let the mixture rest for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  • ðŸĒ Shape the marinated meat into small, cylindrical kebabs.
  • â™Ļïļ Grill or pan-fry the kebabs until cooked through and browned on all sides.
  • ðŸŒŋ Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
