Ingredients
- 🥣 Yogurt – for the kadhi
- 🌾 Gram Flour (Besan) – for kadhi and pakoras
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped for pakoras
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – for pakoras and kadhi
- 🍃 Curry Leaves – for tempering
- 🌿 Coriander – for garnish
- 💧 Oil – for frying pakoras
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare the kadhi: Mix yogurt and gram flour with water and spices.
- 🔥 Cook kadhi: Simmer the mixture, stirring occasionally, until it thickens.
- 🧅 Make pakoras: Mix gram flour, onions, chilies, and spices with water to form a batter. Fry until golden brown.
- 🥘 Add pakoras to kadhi: Gently add the fried pakoras to the simmering kadhi.
- ✨ Temper and serve: Temper with ghee, mustard seeds, and curry leaves. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice or roti.
