Ingredients

  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped for pakoras
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – for pakoras and kadhi
  • 🍃 Curry Leaves – for tempering
  • 🌿 Coriander – for garnish
  • 💧 Oil – for frying pakoras

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare the kadhi: Mix yogurt and gram flour with water and spices.
  • 🔥 Cook kadhi: Simmer the mixture, stirring occasionally, until it thickens.
  • 🧅 Make pakoras: Mix gram flour, onions, chilies, and spices with water to form a batter. Fry until golden brown.
  • 🥘 Add pakoras to kadhi: Gently add the fried pakoras to the simmering kadhi.
  • ✨ Temper and serve: Temper with ghee, mustard seeds, and curry leaves. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice or roti.
