Ingredients

  • 💧 Water – 3 cups
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – 10-12
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, chopped
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🍚 Cooked rice – for serving

Instructions

  • 🥣 Whisk yogurt and gram flour with water until smooth.
  • 🔥 In a pot, heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • 🧅 Add onions and green chilies, sauté until golden.
  • 🥘 Pour in the yogurt mixture and bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 🍚 Serve hot kadhi over cooked rice. Enjoy! ✨
