Ingredients
- 🥣 Yogurt – 1 cup
- 🌾 Gram flour (besan) – 2 tbsp
- 💧 Water – 3 cups
- 🌿 Curry leaves – 10-12
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, chopped
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🍚 Cooked rice – for serving
Instructions
- 🥣 Whisk yogurt and gram flour with water until smooth.
- 🔥 In a pot, heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
- 🧅 Add onions and green chilies, sauté until golden.
- 🥘 Pour in the yogurt mixture and bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 🍚 Serve hot kadhi over cooked rice. Enjoy! ✨
