Ingredients
- 🫓 Kachori - ready-made or homemade
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and cubed
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
- 🫘 Green peas – frozen or fresh
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and add cumin seeds and other spices.
- 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add tomatoes and green chilies.
- 🥔 Add potatoes, peas and spices; cook until well blended.
- 💦 Add water for desired consistency, simmer for 10 minutes.
- 🥣 Serve hot kachori with the sabji, garnish with coriander leaves.
