Ingredients

  • 🫓 Kachori - ready-made or homemade
  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and cubed
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
  • 🫘 Green peas – frozen or fresh
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil and add cumin seeds and other spices.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add tomatoes and green chilies.
  • 🥔 Add potatoes, peas and spices; cook until well blended.
  • 💦 Add water for desired consistency, simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 🥣 Serve hot kachori with the sabji, garnish with coriander leaves.
