Ingredients

  • 🌾 All-purpose flour – 2 cups
  • 🫘 Moong dal – 1/2 cup (soaked)
  • 🥔 Potatoes – 2 medium (boiled)
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2 (chopped)
  • 🫚 Ginger – 1 inch (grated)
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🛢️ Cooking oil – for deep frying
  • 🧂 Spices – to taste (cumin, coriander, chili powder)

Instructions

  • 🌾 Prepare the dough with flour, oil, and water. Keep aside.
  • 🫘 Prepare the filling with soaked dal, potatoes, spices, chilies and ginger.
  • 🥟 Stuff the dough with filling and shape into kachoris.
  • 🔥 Deep fry the kachoris until golden brown and crispy.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chutney.
