Ingredients
- 🌾 Maida (All-purpose flour) – 2 cups
- 🫘 Moong dal – 1/2 cup (soaked)
- 🌶️ Spices (cumin, coriander, chili powder) – 2 tsp
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🌿 Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🫘 Grind soaked moong dal with spices to make a paste.
- 🔥 Sauté onion until golden; add dal paste and cook until dry.
- 🌾 Make dough with maida, stuff with dal mixture, and shape into kachodis.
- 🌿 Heat oil in a pan and deep fry kachodis until golden brown and crispy.
- ✨ Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
