Ingredients

  • 🥭 Raw mango (Kacchi Keri) – grated
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
  • 🍘 Puff pastry sheets
  • 🧀 Cheese – grated (optional)
  • 🧂 Spices – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥭 Prepare the raw mango filling by mixing grated kacchi keri, onions, green chilies, cilantro, and spices.
  • ♨️ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 🔪 Cut puff pastry into squares or desired shapes.
  • 🥄 Place a spoonful of the kacchi keri mixture on one half of each pastry square. Add cheese if desired.
  • ✨ Fold the pastry over to form a triangle or rectangle and seal the edges with a fork. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
