Ingredients
- 🥭 Raw mango (Kacchi Keri) – grated
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🍘 Puff pastry sheets
- 🧀 Cheese – grated (optional)
- 🧂 Spices – to taste
Instructions
- 🥭 Prepare the raw mango filling by mixing grated kacchi keri, onions, green chilies, cilantro, and spices.
- ♨️ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 🔪 Cut puff pastry into squares or desired shapes.
- 🥄 Place a spoonful of the kacchi keri mixture on one half of each pastry square. Add cheese if desired.
- ✨ Fold the pastry over to form a triangle or rectangle and seal the edges with a fork. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
