Ingredients

- 🍳 Scrambled eggs – fluffy
- 🥓 Bacon or sausage – cooked
- 🧀 Shredded cheese – cheddar or Monterey Jack
- 🌶️ Kimchi – chopped
- 🍶 Gochujang sauce – to taste
- 🥑 Avocado – sliced
Instructions
- 🍚 Lay out a tortilla and spread a thin layer of rice.
- 🍳 Add scrambled eggs, cooked bacon or sausage, and cheese.
- 🌶️ Sprinkle kimchi and drizzle gochujang sauce over the ingredients.
- 🥑 Add sliced avocado.
