Ingredients
- 🥛 Colostrum Milk – 1 cup (or junnu powder mix)
- 🥛 Regular Whole Milk – 2 cups
- 🪵 Jaggery – 1 cup, grated or powdered
- 🫚 Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp for aroma
- 🧂 Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp for a mild spice kick
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine colostrum milk, regular milk, and jaggery in a large mixing bowl.
- 🌀 Whisk the mixture thoroughly until the jaggery is completely dissolved and smooth.
- ✨ Strain the liquid into a steel container and sprinkle cardamom and pepper powder on top.
- 💨 Place the container in a steamer or pressure cooker and steam for 15–20 minutes.
- 🧊 Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for an hour to set before serving.
