Ingredients

  • 🌾 Jowar flour – 1 cup
  • 🍚 Idli Rava – 1/2 cup
  • 🥄 Urad Dal – 1/4 cup (soaked)
  • 🌿 Eno fruit salt – 1 tsp
  • 💧 Water – as needed
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 Grind soaked urad dal into a smooth paste.
  • 🍚 Mix jowar flour, idli rava, and urad dal paste with water to form a batter.
  • ⏳ Let the batter ferment for 8-10 hours or overnight.
  • 🥄 Add salt and Eno to the batter, mix gently.
  • ♨️ Steam in idli molds for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
