Ingredients
- 🌾 Jowar flour – 1 cup
- 🍚 Idli Rava – 1/2 cup
- 🥄 Urad Dal – 1/4 cup (soaked)
- 🌿 Eno fruit salt – 1 tsp
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Grind soaked urad dal into a smooth paste.
- 🍚 Mix jowar flour, idli rava, and urad dal paste with water to form a batter.
- ⏳ Let the batter ferment for 8-10 hours or overnight.
- 🥄 Add salt and Eno to the batter, mix gently.
- ♨️ Steam in idli molds for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
