Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil, add onions, and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; cook for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree and spices; cook until oil separates.
  • 🥔 Add potatoes, salt, and water; simmer until potatoes are tender.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
