- 🥔 Potatoes – cubed

- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🍶 Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander powder) – 1 tsp each
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil, add onions, and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; cook for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and spices; cook until oil separates.
- 🥔 Add potatoes, salt, and water; simmer until potatoes are tender.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
