Ingredients
- 🐷 Thinly sliced pork belly – 1 lb
- 🌹 Rose flavored Soju (Jinro) – 1/4 cup
- 🌶️ Gochujang (Korean chili paste) – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Minced garlic – 1 tbsp
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2 sliced
- 🥬 Green onions – chopped for garnish
- 🍚 Cooked rice – for serving
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate pork with Jinro Rose Soju, gochujang, and garlic for 15 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat.
- 🧅 Add sliced onions and cook until softened.
- 🐷 Add marinated pork and cook until fully cooked and slightly caramelized.
- 🥬 Garnish with green onions and serve hot with rice.
