Ingredients

  • 🐷 Thinly sliced pork belly – 1 lb
  • 🌹 Rose flavored Soju (Jinro) – 1/4 cup
  • 🌶️ Gochujang (Korean chili paste) – 2 tbsp
  • 🧄 Minced garlic – 1 tbsp
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/2 sliced
  • 🥬 Green onions – chopped for garnish
  • 🍚 Cooked rice – for serving

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate pork with Jinro Rose Soju, gochujang, and garlic for 15 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat.
  • 🧅 Add sliced onions and cook until softened.
  • 🐷 Add marinated pork and cook until fully cooked and slightly caramelized.
  • 🥬 Garnish with green onions and serve hot with rice.
