Instructions
- 🥣 Mix flour and water to create a thin batter.
- 🔥 Heat a lightly oiled griddle or pan.
- 🥞 Pour batter onto the hot surface and spread into a thin circle.
- 🥚 Crack an egg over the crepe and spread it evenly.
- 🌿 Sprinkle with scallions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
