- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced

- 💧 Water – 2 cups
- 🧂 Spices – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until translucent.
- 🧄 Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies; sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and spices; cook until the tomatoes soften.
- 💧 Add water and bring to a simmer, creating the 'jhol'.
- 🥟 Gently add the pork momos to the jhol and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until heated through.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
