Ingredients

  • 🧂 Spices – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until translucent.
  • 🧄 Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies; sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and spices; cook until the tomatoes soften.
  • 💧 Add water and bring to a simmer, creating the 'jhol'.
  • 🥟 Gently add the pork momos to the jhol and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until heated through.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
