Ingredients

  • 🥟 Momos – vegetable or meat filled
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – for the jhol
  • 🧅 Onions – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in a pot until golden.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and green chilies; cook until softened.
  • 🌶️ Add spices and water to make the jhol (soup).
  • 🥟 Gently place momos in the simmering jhol.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
