Ingredients
- 🥟 Momos – vegetable or meat filled
- 🍅 Tomatoes – for the jhol
- 🧅 Onions – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in a pot until golden.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and green chilies; cook until softened.
- 🌶️ Add spices and water to make the jhol (soup).
- 🥟 Gently place momos in the simmering jhol.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
