Ingredients

  • 🥚 Eggs – 3 large
  • 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
  • Sugar 🍚 – 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract 🍦 – 1 tsp
  • Water 💧 – 2 tbsp (for caramel)
  • Sugar 🍚 – 1/4 cup (for caramel)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Make caramel by heating sugar and water in a pan until golden brown. Pour into molds.
  • 🥣 Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour mixture into molds over caramel. Cover with foil.
  • ♨️ Steam or bake in a water bath at 325°F (160°C) for 30 minutes, or until set.
  • 🧊 Chill for at least 2 hours. Invert onto plates to serve. ✨
