Ingredients

- rice vinegar 🍚 – 3 tbsp
- sugar 🍬 – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥕 Prepare vegetables by slicing thinly.
- 🥣 Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and ginger in a bowl.
- 🥒 Add vegetables to the bowl and mix well.
