Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken thighs – cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🍶 Soy sauce – for marinade
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌿 Ginger – grated
- 🥔 Potato starch – for coating
- 🍋 Lemon wedges – for serving
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for at least 15 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- 🍗 Coat marinated chicken with potato starch.
- Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
