Ingredients

  • 🌱 Matcha powder – for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare pastry dough by combining flour and cold butter. Add ice water gradually.
  • ❄️ Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  • ✨ Roll out the dough and cut into desired shapes. Fill with red bean paste.
  • 🥚 Brush with egg wash for a golden crust.
  • 🔥 Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
