Ingredients

- 🍥 Red bean paste (Anko) – for filling
- 🥚 Egg – 1 for egg wash
- 🌱 Matcha powder – for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare pastry dough by combining flour and cold butter. Add ice water gradually.
- ❄️ Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- ✨ Roll out the dough and cut into desired shapes. Fill with red bean paste.
- 🥚 Brush with egg wash for a golden crust.
- 🔥 Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
