Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs – 4 large
- 🍞 Sandwich Bread – 4 slices
- 🥛 Milk – 2 tbsp
- 🥄 Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Black Pepper – to taste
- 🌿 Parsley – for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 🥚 Boil eggs until hard-boiled, then peel and mash.
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix mashed eggs with mayonnaise, milk, salt, and pepper.
- 🍞 Spread the egg mixture evenly between two slices of bread per sandwich.
- 🔪 Cut off crusts if desired and slice in half.
- 🌿 Garnish with parsley and serve chilled.
