Ingredients

  • 🥚 Eggs – 4 large
  • 🍞 Sandwich Bread – 4 slices
  • 🥛 Milk – 2 tbsp
  • 🥄 Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌶️ Black Pepper – to taste
  • 🌿 Parsley – for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • 🥚 Boil eggs until hard-boiled, then peel and mash.
  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix mashed eggs with mayonnaise, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • 🍞 Spread the egg mixture evenly between two slices of bread per sandwich.
  • 🔪 Cut off crusts if desired and slice in half.
  • 🌿 Garnish with parsley and serve chilled.
