Ingredients
- 🥒 Cucumbers – thinly sliced

- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – optional
Instructions
- 🥒 Slice cucumbers thinly and place in a bowl.
- 🧂 Add salt and let sit for 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
- 💧 Drain any excess water from the cucumbers.
- 🍚 Mix rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and red pepper flakes (if using) in a small bowl.
