Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken thighs – 1.5 lbs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 1/4 cup
- 🍯 Mirin – 2 tbsp
- 🍾 Sake – 1 tbsp (optional)
- 🍚 Sugar – 1 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
- 🥔 Potato starch – 2 tbsp
- 🧅 Green onions – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken in soy sauce, mirin, sake (optional), sugar, garlic, and ginger for at least 15 minutes.
- ✨ Coat chicken with potato starch.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- 🍚 Serve hot with rice and garnish with green onions.
