Ingredients

  • 500g Jamun (Indian Black Plum) 🍇
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream 🥛
  • 1/2 cup Milk 🥛
  • 1/2 cup Sugar 🍚
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Cumin Powder (Jeera) 🥄
  • 1/4 tsp Black Salt 🧂
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 🍋

Instructions

  • Wash and deseed the jamuns. 🍇🔪
  • Blend the jamuns with milk and sugar until smooth. 🥤
  • Strain the mixture to remove any remaining seeds or skin. 🥄
  • Add heavy cream, cumin powder, black salt, and lemon juice to the strained jamun mixture. Mix well. 🥣
  • Pour the mixture into an airtight container. 📦
  • Freeze for 6-8 hours, or until completely frozen, stirring every 2 hours to prevent ice crystals. ⏰
  • Scoop and serve chilled. 🍨
