Ingredients
- 500g Jamun (Indian Black Plum) 🍇
- 1 cup Heavy Cream 🥛
- 1/2 cup Milk 🥛
- 1/2 cup Sugar 🍚
- 1 tbsp Roasted Cumin Powder (Jeera) 🥄
- 1/4 tsp Black Salt 🧂
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 🍋
Instructions
- Wash and deseed the jamuns. 🍇🔪
- Blend the jamuns with milk and sugar until smooth. 🥤
- Strain the mixture to remove any remaining seeds or skin. 🥄
- Add heavy cream, cumin powder, black salt, and lemon juice to the strained jamun mixture. Mix well. 🥣
- Pour the mixture into an airtight container. 📦
- Freeze for 6-8 hours, or until completely frozen, stirring every 2 hours to prevent ice crystals. ⏰
- Scoop and serve chilled. 🍨
