Jalebi with Rabri

Ingredients
- ๐ฅ Milk โ for rabri
- ๐ Sugar โ for sweetness
- ๐ง Water โ for jalebi batter
- ๐พ Maida (All-purpose flour) โ for jalebi
- ๐ Lemon juice โ few drops
- ๐งก Saffron strands โ for rabri
- ๐ข Cardamom powder โ a pinch
Instructions
- ๐ฅฃ Prepare jalebi batter and let it ferment.
- ๐ฅ Heat ghee in a flat pan for frying.
- ๐ Shape jalebis directly into the hot ghee and fry until golden.
- ๐ฏ Soak fried jalebis in warm sugar syrup.
- ๐ฅ Prepare rabri by simmering milk until it thickens, adding sugar, cardamom and saffron. Serve jalebi with rabri.
