Ingredients

  • ๐Ÿฅ› Milk โ€“ for rabri
  • ๐Ÿš Sugar โ€“ for sweetness
  • ๐Ÿ’ง Water โ€“ for jalebi batter
  • ๐ŸŒพ Maida (All-purpose flour) โ€“ for jalebi
  • ๐Ÿ‹ Lemon juice โ€“ few drops
  • ๐Ÿงก Saffron strands โ€“ for rabri
  • ๐ŸŸข Cardamom powder โ€“ a pinch

Instructions

  • ๐Ÿฅฃ Prepare jalebi batter and let it ferment.
  • ๐Ÿ”ฅ Heat ghee in a flat pan for frying.
  • ๐ŸŒ€ Shape jalebis directly into the hot ghee and fry until golden.
  • ๐Ÿฏ Soak fried jalebis in warm sugar syrup.
  • ๐Ÿฅ› Prepare rabri by simmering milk until it thickens, adding sugar, cardamom and saffron. Serve jalebi with rabri.
