Ingredients
- 🌱 Jackfruit – canned or fresh, chopped
- 🌾 Whole wheat flour – for phulka
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Spices – turmeric, chili powder, garam masala
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 💧 Water – for dough
Instructions
- 🔥 Prepare jackfruit curry: Sauté onions, add ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes.
- 🌶️ Add spices and jackfruit. Simmer until jackfruit is tender and flavors combine.
- 🌾 Prepare phulka dough with whole wheat flour and water.
- 🔥 Roll out phulkas and cook on a hot pan until puffed up.
- 🌿 Garnish jackfruit curry with cilantro and serve hot with phulkas.
