Ingredients

  • 🌱 Young Jackfruit – boiled and mashed
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🫚 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🌰 Cashew nuts – paste
  • 🥛 Cream – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
  • 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil/ghee in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🫚 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; sauté for a minute.
  • 🌱 Add mashed jackfruit, cashew paste, cream, and spices. Mix well.
  • 🥘 Cook until the mixture comes together and forms a dough-like consistency.
  • ✨ Shape into kakori kebabs, shallow fry until golden brown, and garnish with coriander.
