Ingredients
- 🌱 Young Jackfruit – boiled and mashed
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫚 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🌰 Cashew nuts – paste
- 🥛 Cream – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
- 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil/ghee in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🫚 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; sauté for a minute.
- 🌱 Add mashed jackfruit, cashew paste, cream, and spices. Mix well.
- 🥘 Cook until the mixture comes together and forms a dough-like consistency.
- ✨ Shape into kakori kebabs, shallow fry until golden brown, and garnish with coriander.
