Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs – 3 large
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomato – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilli – finely chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🖤 Pepper – to taste
- 🧈 Butter – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🧅 Sauté onion until translucent.
- 🍅 Add tomato and green chilli; cook until soft.
- 🥚 Whisk eggs with salt, pepper, and cilantro.
- 🔥 Pour egg mixture over vegetables in pan.
- 🍳 Cook until set, then flip and cook briefly. Serve hot! ✨
