Ingredients
- 🍚 Poha (flattened rice) – 1 cup
- 🥣 Semolina (rava) – 1/2 cup
- 🍚 Rice flour – 1/4 cup
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 💧 Water – as needed
Instructions
- 🥣 Soak poha for 5 mins, then grind into a smooth paste.
- 🍚 Mix poha paste with semolina, rice flour, and water to form a dosa batter.
- 🧅 Add chopped onions, green chilies, coriander, and salt to the batter.
- 🔥 Heat a non-stick pan and spread a ladleful of batter to make a thin dosa.
- 🍳 Cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Serve hot.
