Ingredients

  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 💧 Water – as needed

Instructions

  • 🥣 Soak poha for 5 mins, then grind into a smooth paste.
  • 🍚 Mix poha paste with semolina, rice flour, and water to form a dosa batter.
  • 🧅 Add chopped onions, green chilies, coriander, and salt to the batter.
  • 🔥 Heat a non-stick pan and spread a ladleful of batter to make a thin dosa.
  • 🍳 Cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Serve hot.
