Ingredients

  • 🥩 Meat (Beef or Pork) – 500g thinly sliced
  • 🍚 All-purpose Flour – 1/2 cup for dusting
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 large, lightly beaten
  • 🍞 Breadcrumbs – 1 cup, fine texture
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – for seasoning
  • 🌻 Vegetable Oil – for shallow frying

Instructions

  • 🔨 Pound the meat slices with a mallet until they are thin and tender.
  • 🧂 Season each slice with salt and pepper, then coat lightly in flour.
  • 🥚 Dip the floured meat into the beaten eggs and then press into breadcrumbs.
  • 🍳 Heat oil in a large pan and fry the meat until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  • 🍽️ Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve hot with mashed potatoes or salad.
