Ingredients
- 🥩 Meat (Beef or Pork) – 500g thinly sliced
- 🍚 All-purpose Flour – 1/2 cup for dusting
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large, lightly beaten
- 🍞 Breadcrumbs – 1 cup, fine texture
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – for seasoning
- 🌻 Vegetable Oil – for shallow frying
Instructions
- 🔨 Pound the meat slices with a mallet until they are thin and tender.
- 🧂 Season each slice with salt and pepper, then coat lightly in flour.
- 🥚 Dip the floured meat into the beaten eggs and then press into breadcrumbs.
- 🍳 Heat oil in a large pan and fry the meat until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- 🍽️ Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve hot with mashed potatoes or salad.
