Ingredients

  • 🍜 Indomie Mi Goreng – 1 packet (noodles and seasonings)
  • 💧 Water – 400ml for boiling
  • 🍳 Egg – 1 fried (optional topping)
  • 🧅 Fried Shallots – provided in the packet
  • 🥬 Scallions – chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • 💧 Boil water in a small pot and cook noodles for 3 minutes until soft.
  • 🥣 While cooking, empty all seasoning sachets onto a serving plate.
  • 🥢 Drain the water completely and add noodles to the seasoned plate.
  • 🥘 Toss the noodles thoroughly until every strand is coated in sauce.
  • ✨ Top with fried shallots and a sunny-side-up egg before serving.
