Ingredients

  • 🧅 Onions – chopped

  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🥘 Assorted vegetables (optional)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil and add cumin seeds, allow to splutter.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and spices, cook until oil separates.
  • 🥘 Add vegetables/main ingredient and cook until tender.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
