Ingredients
- 🧅 Onions – chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🥘 Assorted vegetables (optional)
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and add cumin seeds, allow to splutter.
- 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and spices, cook until oil separates.
- 🥘 Add vegetables/main ingredient and cook until tender.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
