  • 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
  • 🌿 Coriander – fresh, chopped
  • 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil and add onions, sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cook for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree and spices, cook until oil separates.
  • 🥘 Add boiled chickpeas and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
