Ingredients
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🌿 Coriander – fresh, chopped
- 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and add onions, sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cook for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and spices, cook until oil separates.
- 🥘 Add boiled chickpeas and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
