Ingredients

  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🫘 Lentils or vegetables – 1 cup
  • 🍚 Basmati rice – for serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes, spices and cook until oil separates.
  • 🥘 Add lentils/vegetables and simmer until cooked.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
