Ingredients
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🫘 Lentils or vegetables – 1 cup
- 🍚 Basmati rice – for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes, spices and cook until oil separates.
- 🥘 Add lentils/vegetables and simmer until cooked.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
