Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked sushi rice – 2 cups
  • 🐟 Tuna – sashimi grade, sliced
  • 🥚 Ikura – salmon roe
  • 🌱 Nori seaweed – thinly sliced
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – for serving
  • 🥑 Avocado - sliced (optional)

Instructions

  • 🍚 Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions.
  • 🥣 Divide rice into mini bowls.
  • 🐟 Arrange tuna slices artfully on top of the rice.
  • 🥚 Add a generous spoonful of ikura on top of the tuna.
  • 🌱 Garnish with shredded nori and serve with soy sauce.
