Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked sushi rice – 2 cups
- 🐟 Tuna – sashimi grade, sliced
- 🥚 Ikura – salmon roe
- 🌱 Nori seaweed – thinly sliced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – for serving
- 🥑 Avocado - sliced (optional)
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions.
- 🥣 Divide rice into mini bowls.
- 🐟 Arrange tuna slices artfully on top of the rice.
- 🥚 Add a generous spoonful of ikura on top of the tuna.
- 🌱 Garnish with shredded nori and serve with soy sauce.
