Ingredients
- 🍚 Idli Batter – for soft idlis
- 🖤 Urad Dal – main ingredient for Vada
- 🍚 Rice Flour – for crispy Vada
- 🧅 Onion – chopped finely
- 🌿 Curry Leaves – for flavour
Instructions
- ♨️ Steam Idli batter in moulds until cooked through.
- 🥣 Prepare Vada batter with urad dal, rice flour, and spices.
- 🔥 Heat oil and deep-fry Vadas until golden brown and crispy.
- 💧 Drain excess oil and serve hot.
- 🥣 Serve Idli and Vada with Sambar and Chutney.
