Ingredients

Instructions

  • ♨️ Steam Idli batter in moulds until cooked through.
  • 🥣 Prepare Vada batter with urad dal, rice flour, and spices.
  • 🔥 Heat oil and deep-fry Vadas until golden brown and crispy.
  • 💧 Drain excess oil and serve hot.
  • 🥣 Serve Idli and Vada with Sambar and Chutney.
