Ingredients

  • 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 portions
  • 🐷 Pork belly (Chashu) – thinly sliced
  • 🥚 Soft boiled egg – 2 halves
  • 🟢 Green onions – chopped
  • 🌶️ Ichiran red pepper – to taste
  • 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove minced
  • 🍄 Kikurage mushrooms – sliced
  • 🍶 Ramen broth – 2 cups

Instructions

  • 🍲 Prepare ramen broth according to package or preferred recipe.
  • 🍜 Cook ramen noodles until al dente.
  • 🥚 Prepare soft boiled eggs and slice in half.
  • 🥣 Assemble ramen by placing noodles in a bowl and pouring hot broth over it.
  • 🐷 Top with chashu pork, egg, green onions, kikurage mushrooms, garlic and ichiran red pepper.
