Ingredients
- 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 portions
- 🐷 Pork belly (Chashu) – thinly sliced
- 🥚 Soft boiled egg – 2 halves
- 🟢 Green onions – chopped
- 🌶️ Ichiran red pepper – to taste
- 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove minced
- 🍄 Kikurage mushrooms – sliced
- 🍶 Ramen broth – 2 cups
Instructions
- 🍲 Prepare ramen broth according to package or preferred recipe.
- 🍜 Cook ramen noodles until al dente.
- 🥚 Prepare soft boiled eggs and slice in half.
- 🥣 Assemble ramen by placing noodles in a bowl and pouring hot broth over it.
- 🐷 Top with chashu pork, egg, green onions, kikurage mushrooms, garlic and ichiran red pepper.
