Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – 2 cups
- 🍬 Sugar – ½ cup
- 🍦 Cream – 1 cup
- 🥚 Egg Yolks – 3 large
- ✨ Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Gently heat milk, cream, and sugar in a saucepan.
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolks in a separate bowl.
- 🌡️ Temper the eggs with a little of the warm milk mixture.
- 🥄 Return mixture to the saucepan and cook until thickened.
- ❄️ Stir in vanilla, cool, then churn in an ice cream maker. Freeze for 3 hours.
