- currants – 1/4 cup
- pine nuts – 1/4 cup
- butter – 2 tablespoons
- chicken broth – 4 cups
- spices – salt, pepper, cinnamon
- 🍗 Chicken or Lamb – (optional, small diced pieces)
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions and pine nuts in butter until golden.
- 🍚 Add rice and stir until lightly toasted.
- 🍗 (Optional) Add chicken or lamb and cook briefly.
- 💧 Pour in chicken broth, add currants and spices, then simmer until rice is cooked.
- 🌿 Stir in fresh dill before serving.
