  • butter – 2 tablespoons
  • chicken broth – 4 cups
  • spices – salt, pepper, cinnamon
  • 🍗 Chicken or Lamb – (optional, small diced pieces)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions and pine nuts in butter until golden.
  • 🍚 Add rice and stir until lightly toasted.
  • 🍗 (Optional) Add chicken or lamb and cook briefly.
  • 💧 Pour in chicken broth, add currants and spices, then simmer until rice is cooked.
  • 🌿 Stir in fresh dill before serving.
