Ingredients

- 🌶️ Isot (Urfa Chili) – 3 tbsp for smoky flavor
- 🧅 Onion & Garlic – 1 onion and 3 cloves, finely grated
- 🍯 Pomegranate Molasses – 3 tbsp for tanginess
- 🌿 Fresh Parsley & Green Onions – finely chopped
- 🍋 Lemon & Olive Oil – for seasoning and moisture
- 🥬 Lettuce Leaves – for serving
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine fine bulgur, tomato/pepper pastes, and grated onions in a large, flat tray.
- 💪 Knead the mixture firmly for 30–40 minutes until the bulgur softens and becomes paste-like.
- 🍯 Add the isot, pomegranate molasses, olive oil, and spices, continuing to knead until smooth.
- 🌿 Gently fold in the finely chopped parsley and green onions until just combined.
- 🥬 Squeeze small portions in your palm to form signature finger marks and serve inside lettuce leaves with lemon.
