Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken – 1 lb, cut into pieces
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, finely chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – 2-3, slit
- 🌰 Cashews – 1/4 cup
- 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 cup
- 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
- 🥄 Korma Masala – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🐔 Add chicken and ginger-garlic paste, cook until chicken is lightly browned.
- 🥘 Stir in korma masala, green chilies, and cashews; cook for 5 minutes.
- 🥥 Pour in coconut milk, bring to a simmer, and cook until chicken is tender.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or naan.
