Ingredients
- 🍤 Prawns – 1 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🌶️ Chili Peppers – 2-3, finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, sliced
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Scallions – for garnish
Instructions
- 🍤 Marinate prawns with soy sauce and honey.
- 🔥 Stir-fry garlic and chili peppers until fragrant.
- 🧅 Add onions and cook until translucent.
- 🥘 Add marinated prawns and cook until pink and cooked through.
- 🌿 Garnish with scallions and serve hot with rice.
