Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🥛 Yogurt – 1 cup, plain
- 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, minced
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Fresh dill – for garnish
- 🥖 Bread – for serving
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare the garlic yogurt by mixing yogurt and minced garlic.
- 🍳 Fry the eggs in butter until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny.
- 🍽️ Spread the garlic yogurt on a plate.
- 🥚 Place the fried eggs on top of the yogurt.
- 🌶️ Drizzle melted butter with red pepper flakes over the eggs and garnish with fresh dill. Serve with bread.
