Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice flour – 1 cup
  • 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 cup
  • 💧 Water – 1/2 cup
  • 🥄 Sugar – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🥚 Egg (optional) – 1 per hopper

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix rice flour, coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt to form a batter.
  • ♨️ Heat a hopper pan or small wok.
  • 🥄 Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and swirl to coat the sides.
  • 🥚 If using, crack an egg into the center of the hopper.
  • 🔥 Cover and cook until the edges are crispy and the center is cooked through.
