Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice flour – 1 cup
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 cup
- 💧 Water – 1/2 cup
- 🥄 Sugar – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🥚 Egg (optional) – 1 per hopper
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix rice flour, coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt to form a batter.
- ♨️ Heat a hopper pan or small wok.
- 🥄 Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and swirl to coat the sides.
- 🥚 If using, crack an egg into the center of the hopper.
- 🔥 Cover and cook until the edges are crispy and the center is cooked through.
